Canada is a bilingual country were both English & French are considered to be our native languages. To be truly bilingual and get the maximum advantage that this gives our students they should all graduate and be fluent in both languages. The government would have to recognize that certain groups of students in special schools may have to be exempted from this requirement.

Should the Ontario government make the study of both English and French mandatory in schools up to grade 12?
